How do I update my billing information?

I can't seem to find a field to change the credit card I have on file. Is it located within the application?

Hi Jack,

We decided quite a while back that the safest way to ensure that we never have a data breach of credit card data is to remove all billing access from the application.

That being said, there are a couple of possibilities -- we can update card info over the phone, or you can sign up for a new subscription (but keep your current account), and we can cancel the old subscription (thus transferring everything to a new card).
